1-1 Recovery Coaching
Together, we’ll explore the deeper roots of your eating disorder, including anxiety, perfectionism, self-criticism, people-pleasing, and body-image pain. Using a gentle, compassionate approach, we work to create long-term healing and a sense of safety in your body and mind.
Trauma-Informed Coaching
Personalized support designed to help you strengthen your relationship with food, your body, and yourself. We’ll develop practical tools, challenge unhelpful patterns, and build confidence in nourishing your physical and emotional needs — at a pace that respects where you are.
Who am I + what do I do?
My name is Kailin and I am a Certified Eating Disorder Recovery Coach who’s passion lies
in helping others who are struggling with their relationship with food and their bodies.
Food is not the enemy — it’s connection, comfort, culture, and care. Through a trauma-informed approach, we explore the emotional and protective roles your eating patterns have played and gently build new patterns that feel safe in your body. Together, we make room for nourishment, self-respect, and compassion.
